Agreement on the Transfer of Materials via the Compound Platform (ComPlat)

ComPlat is a non-commercial facility at KIT that focuses on the synthesis, collection, and reuse of chemical compounds. The agreement allows KIT scientists and external researchers to use the materials for non-commercial research purposes, following safety and storage guidelines.

It defines the transfer process, material usage, and publication of results. The agreement serves as a contractual framework to regulate collaboration between the PROVIDER and KIT through ComPlat. It includes as an attachment the template under which Partner Institutions may order Compounds at KIT ComPlat.
