Complex survey designs for simultaneous estimation of totals of two sensitive variables

<p>In this paper, we consider the problem of estimating the individual population totals of two sensitive variables under complex survey designs.
Description
Expressions for the bias and variance of the resulting estimators are derived. The proposed estimators make use of a randomization device that uses scrambling variables whose first four moments are controlled by the researcher.
The scrambling variables are generated by a method due to Fleishman. We included a simulation study of the estimators’ performance.</p>
