Description
A deep pit has been dug in the foreground, and several men can be seen at work at the bottom At left, two large cylindrical structures are being built, while in the background at right, a large wooden platform has been constructed. A truck can be seen in the foreground at center, and several piles of lumber are visible.
Tall buildings surround the construction site, including a light-colored Union Pacific building at center.
