Dataset to reproduce the statistical analysis of the baseline prevalence of TB-Infection in the TREATS TB-infection incidence cohort.
Description
Each row represents a randomly selected adolescent or young adult of one of the 14 communities that were included in the cohort. TB infection was measured using the QuantiFERON Gold Plus assay.
Apart from TB-infection at baseline, the data includes HIV-status, having a household contact on TB-treatment in the past or currently and demographic characteristics.
