Description
But this EXCEL file for GPDs shows a sample size of 250. I do not know why the difference.
I will use N = 251 and will not look for the missing case. In the note from 29 March 2025, the percentage of GPD offspring that nursed aboveground from own mother was 67.7% (170/251), and the number of GPD foster offspring that nursed aboveground from a foster mother was 32.3% (81/251). If I use data from this EXCEL, the number of GPD offspring that nursed from own mother was 66.0% (165/250), and the number of nursed aboveground from a foster mother was 34.0% (85/250).

I cannot resolve these minor differences, so I have decided to use 67.7% and 32.3%. In a note of my Prism graph for this issue on 04 June 2022, I have crossed out 66.0% and 34.0%, and have replaced them with 67.7% and 32.3%. For this and other reasons, I have decided to use 67.7% and 32.3% for GPDs in Fig 18.9.
