Replication Data and R Code for “Effectiveness and Safety of Intra-Articular Hyaluronic Acid Conjugated with Fibrinogen in Knee Osteoarthritis: A Prospective Single-Arm Study

<p dir="ltr">This dataset accompanies the study entitled “Effectiveness and Safety of Intra-Articular Hyaluronic Acid conjugated with Fibrinogen in Knee Osteoarthritis: A Prospective Single-Arm Study.”</p><p dir="ltr">The dataset contains data from 31 patients with symptomatic knee osteoarthritis who received a single intra-articular injection of conjugated hyaluronic acid and fibrinogen and completed 12 months of follow-up.

Clinical outcomes were assessed at baseline, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, including Visual Analog Scale (VAS) pain scores at rest and during movement, Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC), Lysholm Knee Score, and SF-36 physical and mental component scores.</p><p dir="ltr">The dataset also includes baseline demographic and clinical characteristics and biomechanical parameters obtained from standing biplanar EOS imaging.
