Dendritic Cell maturation/migration is architected by chromatin accessibility and a tonic organismal IFNgR1 response gradient which governs immune priming and tolerance
Listed in NCBI GEO
We found that Interferon gamma receptor 1 (IFNgR1) signaling regulates all aspects of tonic maturation including: tissue egress, migration, maturation, antigen capture and presentation, and subtly balances DC ontogeny.
Description
Through ATACseq analysis, we further identified that site-specific maturation is architected by chromatin accessibility and NFkB, suggesting IFNg serves as a local tissue-based maturation cue.
