Genetic and chemical interrogation of methionyl-tRNA synthetase reveals a shared vulnerability across diverse mycobacteria
Listed in NCBI GEO
This dataset contains host–pathogen dual RNA-seq profiles from RAW264.7 macrophages infected with Mycobacterium abscessus MetRS_KD or PLJR962 vector control strains.
Description
The experiment was designed to analyze host and bacterial transcriptional changes after ATC induction of metS knockdown during macrophage infection. Mixed host–pathogen total RNA was subjected to both eukaryotic and prokaryotic rRNA depletion, followed by strand-specific paired-end RNA-seq.
