Benthic invertebrate studies in North Sulawesi, sub-project of In-Situ and Ex-Situ Studies on Indonesian Coelacanth

The dataset is ecological data (geolocation, total vast area, and abundance of species per square) from a visual census survey that was conducted in November 2024 on North Sulawesi, particularly in the coral reef and seagrass-dominated habitat within Bunaken National Marine Park as a marine protected area (MPA) and Talise Island as a non-MPA. A script of analyses using R software is also included.
