These data come from stats in files for UCs and number of sexual partners per female Numbers shown in this EXCEL file are Means + one standard error (SEM) Standard errors were usually small, because my sample sizes for each age were large.
Description
In some cases, I have shown SEM = 0.6 to show small SEMs that extend slightly beyond the circles— because showing slightly inflated SEMs is better than suggesting no variation at all, in my opinion.
These data used for Fig 19.8 in Hoogland 2026. This file ready for longterm storage on 31 March 2025. For these analysis, no information for eartags or Nyanzol markers, so I considered data from the same prairie dog in different years to be independent.

All date in this file were checked TWO TIMES at creation on 09 September 2024 On 01 July 2026, I cannot find the UPD and WTPD files from which these summaries come.
