Replication data for Fig 15.18, BTPDs, Duration of CUCs and CACs, 21 May 2026

I created this file from SYSTAT file = Coptimes.sys, which I created on 29 Sept 1988 I assume that I created the SYSTAT file TWO TIMES at creation, because I used it for my first book CUC = Critical Underground Consortship, when insemination probably occurred CAC = Critical Aboveground Copulation, when insemination probably occurred All durations in MINUTES In this file CUCorCAC = 0 means that insemination occurred in in a CUC (Critical UNDERGROUND Consortship) In this file CUCorCAC = 1 means that insemination occurred in in a CAC (Critical ABOVEGROUND Copulation) For CACs, N = 4, as shown in Fig 15.18; see also Hoogland 1995 (pages 252-253).

The four BTPD females that had a CAC with insemination are Un=FR in 1978, R60 in 1980, R51 in 1981, and WA3 in 1983 I have checked the entries of these four BTPD females into this file TWO TIMES Each line in this file contains information from a single prairie dog female For polyandrous females, data for each copulating male shown within adjacent, separate lines.
