Measuring transcription start site and RNA 5' expansion dynamics in response to nucleoside supply by ReCappable-seq

Listed in NCBI GEO

RNA 5′ expansion is a transcriptional phenomenon in which additional non-templated nucleotides are incorporated at the 5′ ends of transcripts in eukaryotic cells.

Description

To study the dynamics of TSS usage and RNA 5' expansion due to nucleoside supply, we performed ReCappable-seq on human cell lines treated by different conditions.
