A dataset of fecal and serum metabolites of hyperuricemia caused by fucoidan intervention

(Shanghai, China) using the Thermo UHPLC-Q Exactive HF-X system equipped with an ACQUITY HSS T3 column (Waters, USA). Raw LC/MS data were initially processed using Progenesis QI software (Waters Corporation, Milford, USA).

Metabolite identification was performed by searching the Human Metabolome Database (HMDB, hmdb.ca/), Metlin (metlin.scripps.edu/), and the Majorbio database. The resulting data matrix was uploaded to the Majorbio Cloud platform (cloud.majorbio.com) for further analysis. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used for statistical analysis, while partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) was performed to assess metabolic differences.
