Controllable Fabrication of Au polyhedron array and its SERS properties

The morphology of nanoarrays were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM, Sirion 200), transmission electron microscope (TEM, JEM-2010, Japan Electronics Corporation) equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS).
Description
Au film was deposited by ion sputtering coater (K550X, Emitech, UK). The XRD results of the samples were obtained by using an X-ray diffractometer (Philips X'pert Pro, Royal Philips of the Netherlands).
The extinction spectra of the sample and the sensing detection were meassured by UV vis spectrometer, PG2000 Pro EX and Shanghai Fuxiang Optics Co., Ltd. The high temperature tube furnace (OTF-1200X, Hefei Kejing Material Technology Co., Ltd.) was used in the annealing process during sample preparation. SEM data merging was completed by PPT software.
