Data set from the research of injectable dual-response hydrogel for controlled drug release
Listed in ScienceDB
This dataset is derived from injectable Redox/PH dual response PEDOT@BEV Research on the application of hydrogels in the field of drug controlled release.
Description
The data set generation process covers four parts: hydrogel preparation, performance characterization, in vitro and in vivo experiments. The one-step physical cross-linking method is used to mix PEDOT: PSS with bevacizumab (BEV), form hydrogels by electrostatic action, hydrogen bonding and ionic cross-linking, and use rotary rheometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and other equipment to complete the morphology and performance characterization.
The drug release curve of the hydrogel system is obtained through the in vitro drug release experiment. The biocompatibility of the hydrogel is evaluated through CCK-8 method, live cell staining, cytoskeleton staining, and cell scratch experiment, tube forming experiment Western Blot evaluated the effectiveness of the drug released from the hydrogel system, and evaluated the therapeutic effect of hydrogel on corneal neovascularization in mice by OCT, slit lamp, and fluorescein sodium corneal epithelial staining.

The experimental tools include Excel statistical software, ImageJ image analysis software, Origin drawing software, and ChemDraw chemical structure drawing software. In terms of time dimension, the in vitro experiment period is 72 hours (cytotoxicity detection) to 14 days (drug release kinetics), and the in vivo experiment period is 14 days. There is no specific spatial resolution requirement, and the experimental space is limited to laboratory cell culture rooms and animal rooms.
The dataset contains multiple table data, corresponding to at least three groups of duplicate data of parallel experiments, and the row labels are different experimental groups (blank control group, BEV group, PEDOT hydrogel group PEDOT@BEV Hydrogel group, etc.), the column labels cover the detection indicators (such as drug release, cell survival rate, VEGF protein expression, etc.), and the measurement units include percentage (%), micron (μ m), Pa (Pa), gray value and multiple value.
The overall missing rate of data is less than 2%, mainly due to abnormal data points caused by operational errors in individual experiments. It has been supplemented and replaced through repeated experiments to ensure the validity of the data; Experimental errors mainly stem from instrument accuracy deviation and individual differences in biological experiments. The error range should be controlled within an acceptable range and should not affect the overall analysis results.
The data set contains five core files: hydrogel performance characterization data sheet (including mechanical, morphological and composition data), in vitro drug release and cell experiment data sheet (including cytotoxicity and anti angiogenesis activity data), in vivo animal experiment data sheet (including corneal score and upper skin thickness data), and other therapeutic antibodies (rituximab, trastuzumab) adaptability experiment data sheet.
All data files are stored in Excel format, which is suitable for mainstream office software and data analysis software. The editing can be opened directly with Microsoft Excel, WPS and Origin software, without the support of niche software, to fully support the analysis and research on the controlled release effect and mechanism of this kind of dual response hydrogel drugs.
