A dataset of crimes that occurred in the designated time period that are being investigated as hate crimes.
Description
In APD's opinion these cases have met the FBI's definition of a hate crime, as well as the State's and Federal Law's definition of a hate crime. The ultimate decision to prosecute lies with the appropriate County District Attorney.
