This report examines the effects of the war in 2008 between Georgia and the Russian Federation.
Description
It is highlighted that approximately 200,000 people were displaced. Many of them have since returned but face the challenge of rebuilding their lives and livelihood.
In addition to human rights violations, lack of security and protection remains an issue.
