Human left atrial appendage RNA-seq in cardiac surgery patients with high versus low micro(nano)plastic burden

Listed in NCBI GEO

Micro(nano)plastics (MNPs) were quantified in left atrial appendage tissue collected intraoperatively from adult cardiac surgery patients at Beijing Anzhen Hospital.

Description

Samples were stratified into high (H1–H9) versus low (L1–L9) NP burden groups and profiled by bulk mRNA-seq to identify transcriptional signatures and pathways associated with tissue NP burden.
