Porcine extended pluripotent stem cells (pEPSCs) were cultured in LCDM medium for 96 hours.
Description
We performed single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) of pEPSC cultures. Following quality control, the 10× Genomics scRNA-seq dataset of 14,822 cells harvested at 96 h yielded 14,821 high-quality cells with a median of 2,595 genes detected per cellNetwork clustering analysis identified 8 distinct cell clusters.
