Description

In order to prove the robustness of the study, we have adopted two rounds of repeated questionnaires covering three dimensions: Attitudes towards practice, Organization of practice and Perceived Stress. The results show that (1) Attitude is the basis and necessary condition to become a performance expert, so music education should first pay attention to and cultivate their correct performance attitude.

(2) After becoming a performance expert, although he can face the pressure objectively, with control the pressure within a certain range. But how to overcome tension and keep calm is another profound topic.
