I created early version of this file on 01 Oct 2020 from SYSTAT file = WHPOLYUC, which I created on 22 Nov 2011.
Description
Early SYSTAT file goes through 2011 only. With a few exceptions, this file only contains data from females observed for estrus and copulations.
This file has now been checked TWO TIMES by JLH alone On 28 October 2020, I changed the CUC time for WTPD fem-76 (H8) from 20 to 9. After this change, I re-did that analyses for CUC times for WTPDs. Another OLD File name = WTPDs, UC numbers, 05 Oct 2020 ---but I have used only SOME of the data from that old file I started this file on 01 Oct 2020 from SYSTAT file = WHPOLYUC, which I created on 22 Nov 2011.

Early SYSTAT file goes through 2011 only. UC = Underground consortship, including information from Critical Underground Consortships (CUCs) Mean duration of each UC is in MINUTES. Cumulative time for all UCs is summation of all UC times in MINUTES, including times for CUCs These data used for Figures 15.5, 15.6, and 15.11 in Hoogland 2026.
This file ready for longterm storage on 12 March 2025. I consider data from the same female in different years to be independent. Number = another way to classify WTPD females, for convenience only.
Marker = Nyanzol marker for each WTPD female. All data on same line are from THE SAME single litter/mother in the same year.
