Single-nucleus RNA-seq of human supernumerary tooth pulp

Listed in NCBI GEO

This dataset provides the first single-nucleus RNA-seq profile of human supernumerary tooth pulp.

Description

Supernumerary teeth are rare, and their pulp tissue may harbor unique cellular and molecular characteristics. This resource will aid future studies of pulp biology, dental stem cells, and regenerative dentistry.
