Checks in BR NWCH 2013 - 2025

In general (without repeating a class), students can appear four times over the entire school career across all datafiles. The datafiles are available as CSV, SAV (SPSS) and RDS (R) format.

The cantons of the BR NWCH (Aargau, Basel-Landschaft, Basel-Stadt, Solothurn) decide on the basis of the project description in the download request on the use of the data and (additionally; optional) any linking with data provided by the Federal Statistical Office (FSO). The download request needs to be in the form of a project description with the following components: context, research questions and hypotheses, methods, planned publications, data required, linking with FSO data (if planned), and information about the data administration within the scope of the project (storage, access, deletion).
