Boletim da Filmoteca Ultramarina Portuguesa

Its inception is closely associated with Father António da Silva Rego and the establishment of the Center for Overseas Historical Studies in Portugal in 1955. This publication focuses on documenting and disseminating sources related to the Portuguese Expansion, drawing from a wide range of archives both within Portugal and internationally.

The Boletim da Filmoteca Ultramarina was digitized and transformed into a CD by the National Commission for the Commemoration of the Portuguese Discoveries in the 1990s. In 2018, its content was made available through open access.
