Confocal and fluorescence microscopy files of growing Pseudomonas putida microcolonies

Our hypothesis is that, along with nutrient and environmental conditions, the physical interactions between bacterial cells help shaping the micro colonies. Description of the dataset The dataset is divided into three folders, according to different experimental measurements.

The first one (termed Fig1) contains the microscopy file where small colonies on a surface start developing from 1 single cell into micro-colonies. The second one (termed Fig2) contains two microscopy files, one that measures the dynamic formation of a colony and the other one that captures the transversal cut features (height, etc) of various segments.
