Viva Bem Free-living glucose estimation dataset

This database integrates electrophysiological and hemodynamic signals, featuring Electrocardiogram (ECG) recordings measured in millivolts (mV), Heart Rate in beats per minute (BPM), and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in milliseconds (ms).

Concurrently, the metabolic profile is tracked using blood glucose readings in milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL), obtained continuously via the FreeStyle Libre sensor and intermittently with a capillary blood glucose meter. The physical and body composition characterization of the subjects includes body mass (kg), body fat percentage (%), and Body Mass Index ($kg/m^2$). Additionally, behavioral and lifestyle aspects are captured via raw motion signals (accelerometer and gyroscope), daily step counts (steps/day), and a relative stress scale from the Samsung Health ecosystem, as measured by Galaxy Watch 4 and 6 smartwatches.
