Description
The dataset provides principal information for all principals reported to the Connecticut Secretary of the State, Business Services Division. A principal is an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of an LLC or a partner in a limited liability partnership.
This data may be linked to the master data set using the unique identifier in the first column.
