This book describes the work with child soldiers, from international law through to practical aspects of setting up systems for family tracing, and learning how to support communities in their efforts to protect children.
Description
The guidelines look first at an initial framework for action (discussing international humanitarian and human rights law), then move on to operational aspects of preventing children's recruitment or demobilizing and reintegrating them.
