Check this out. Yes, F6 IS in this file 2X. Problem fixed on 09 Sept 2021 I use F6 for one female, and Unix for another female that I THOUGHT might be F6.

Fig 17.5 in Hoogland 2026includes only information when litter size was >=1. Note, however, that this file includes information for GPD females that copulated but did not wean a litter (i.e., litter size = 0) Note well: Only ONE entry for 92 (323) in 2018 in this file. Ear tag for H9 in 2015 changed from 311 to N13 on 28 July 2021. 05 Nov 2021: I change yearlings for C8 in 2015 (607) from 1 to 2.

Look for other changes to yearlings for PEFO, RMC, and VCC. GPD litter size = number of offspring that emerged from the natal nursery-burrow = number of weanlings On 07 Feb 2022, I change yearlings for RR76 (F07) in 2014 from 0 to 1 (R43) These data used for Fig 17.5 in Hoogland 2026. On 26 March 2026, I delete Case-951, which is a DUPLICATE for Case-996. The affected GPD is female-162 (Eartag 0125), who was a yearling in 2018. . This change affects Fig 17.5, Fig 13.1, Fig 13.2, Fig 11.4

NO DATA from GPD litter size = 0 for Fig 17.5 On 26 March 2026, I change Mean litter size to 3.86, and I change SD of litter size to 1.26. GPD data for Fig 17.5 in Hoogland 2026 are from the following three study-colonies/study areas. GPD Redondo Meadow Colony (RMC, studied in 2013 through 2016) was at Valles Caldera National Preserve (VCNP).

GPD Visitor Center Colony (VCC, studied in 2017 and 2018) was also at VCNP. GPD colony at Petrified Forest National Park (PEFO) was studied from 1989 through 1995. These data used for Fig 17.5 in Hoogland 2026.

This file ready for longterm storage on 26 March 2025. For Fig 17.5, I considered data from the same prairie dog in different years to be independent.

See chapters 13, 17, and 18 Some information in this EXCEL file is NOT use in Fig 17.5, but is used for other analyses. Variables not used in Fig 17.5 include Yearlings, OK for LRS?, and final age. Mixing = interactions between juveniles from different litters before all juveniles from each litter could be eartagged and marked--so that assignments of maternity and paternity for juveniles from litters that mixed sometimes could not be made for certain juveniles.
