Checklist of vascular plants indicated for Lugansk Oblast in Sosudistye Rasteniya Yugo-Vostoka Ukrainy (Ostapko et al., 2010): accepted names

The dataset was compiled as a first step towards further processing of the modern checklist for Lugansk People's Republic, Russia. Stable archival version (not edited, not curated).

The dataset includes 1,666 accepted species names. Questionable records of 14 species (i.e. Pulsatilla ucrainica (Ugr.) Wissjul., Papaver dubium L., Dianthus deltoides L., Caroxylon laricinum (Pall.) Tzvelev, Erysimum pannonicum Crantz, Sisymbrium orientale L., Malva pulchella Bernh., Astragalus dasyanthus Pall., Polygala major Jacq., Orobanche sarmatica Kotov, Stachys czernjaevii Des.-Shost., Carex ericetorum Poll., Carex hordeistichos Vill., Carex omskiana Meinsh.) were excluded.
