Elucidating the impact of chemotherapy on human bone marrow stroma [RNA-seq_human patients]

Listed in NCBI GEO

To understand the impact of chemotherapy treatment on the bone marrow microenvironment, we accquired paired bone marrow (BM) aspirate samples from patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) collected at diagnosis and 4w later (end of induction therapy) at the Princess Margaret Hospital.

Description

The BM stroma was obtained by expanding BM aspirates in culture, and profiled by RNA-sequencing.
