For this file, I have ignored many yearling males and a few older males who did not copulate during the mating season in March-April Please see Chapters 4 and 20 for methods for assigning paternities of prairie dog juveniles. Yearlings = number offspring that survived for >=9 months after first emergence from natal nursery-burrow. I considered data from the same male in different years to be independent.
