Description
<p>Forest plot of overall-survival hazard ratios (SSRI versus benzodiazepine) within each ICI-class subcohort (anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, anti-CTLA-4, combination), with random-effects pooled estimate and heterogeneity statistics (Cochran Q test <i>p</i> = 0.75; I<sup>2</sup> = 0%). Class-specific hazard ratios are from Cox proportional hazards models; the class-specific <i>p</i> values are from log-rank tests. See <a href="plosmedicine.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pmed.1005262#pmed.1005262.s026" target="_blank">S16 Table</a>.
Anti-CTLA-4 and combination subcohorts are underpowered. Because the ICI-class subcohorts are not mutually exclusive, the pooled estimate and I<sup>2</sup> statistic are descriptive rather than a formal test of consistency.</p> <p>(TIF)</p>
