There is growing recognition of the importance of elite athlete mental health.
Description
Concepts such as thriving have been applied to elite athletes to describe the simultaneous achievement of high performance and emotional wellbeing. The present study used the Delphi method to develop a questionnaire to assess the opportunities that elite athletes have to thrive as well as the barriers to thriving.<br><br><i>Thesis is embargoed until 31st December 2026</i>.<br><br>
