This dataset includes 1656 monthly records of species occurrenceStatus (present/absent) at three sampling points (1, 2, 3) in Cabras Lagoon (Sardinia, Italy) in 2024.
Description
Some additional information such as lifeStage, sex and degreeOfEstablishment for some taxa is also included. This dataset is the first published dataset of zooplankton occurrences in the Cabras Lagoon (Sardinia, Italy).
Data are gathered within the Project "A warmer Future world: effects on plankton commUnities and paThogens in mediterranean vUlneRable Ecosystems (FUTURE)", funded by Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR) Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca Missione 4 “Istruzione e Ricerca” - Componente C2 Investimento 1.1, “Fondo per il Programma Nazionale di Ricerca e Progetti di Rilevante Interesse Nazionale (PRIN)”.
