Supplemental data for: Comparing rabies antibody titres in imported dogs to a population of dogs in Ontario, Canada

The imported dog dataset was created by conducting rabies antibody titre testing (via Rabies Fluorescent Focus Inhibition Test (RFFIT)) in dogs, within a month of their arrival to Ontario, Canada, between 2021-2022. These results were compared to rabies antibody titres in a group of non-imported dogs that resided in Ontario, Canada.

The non-imported dog dataset was obtained by searching records of the University of Guelph’s Animal Health Laboratory for dogs that had rabies antibody titre testing (either Fluorescent Antibody Virus Neutralization or RFFIT testing) done between 2013 – 2023.
