The effects of implantable collamer lens ICL implantation in high myopia patients’ mental health

All patients underwent mental state assessments using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) before surgery, one week after surgery, and one month after surgery. Additionally, ophthalmology-related examinations were conducted after surgery.
