Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) of Hong Kong Public Housing Flats - 3D Volumetric Models - Case 2PHOS1

The research project record designates this flat interior as “Case 2PHOS1”. The model documentation was developed as part of the Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) workflow, following a LiDAR scan of the flat interior conducted through a 12-minute walk-through using a Leica-brand BLK2Go 3D environment scanner.

The model documentation provides a three-dimensional representation of the apartment structure, layout, interior spatial arrangement, and LiDAR-derived volumetric translation of the dwelling. It supports the interpretation of housing conditions in super-tall and super-dense housing units, including spatial organisation, interior configuration, and the relationship between public housing typologies and domestic occupation.
