Effect of depletion of Ezh2 on H3K36me2 distribution

We peformed ChIP-seq of H3K36me2 in Ezh2 KO cells to confirm the antagonism betwwen Nsd1 and Ezh2 as theyexhibited different effect on pluripotent transition.
