Congress poster: IMS 2026 A real-world profile of postmenopausal women with sleep disturbance: insights from the ESTeeM observational study (poster 275)

ESTeeM depicts a sample of real-world population of women with sleep disturbance in the US, characterized by low HT utilization and a socioeconomic profile skewed toward higher income. Patient-reported outcomes demonstrated a substantial burden of sleep disturbance on women in menopause, including frequent nighttime awakenings and prolonged WASO.

These findings highlight the need for further research to better characterize real-world sleep disturbance and inform management.</p>
