A dataset for fall risk prediction and dual task performance evaluation in ecological conditions
Listed in Borealis
The proposed dataset contains data of 90 healthy older adults who performed single task walking and dual task walking while performing an additional cognitive task.
Description
Participants were filmed in the sagittal plane by one or two video cameras, and a pose estimation method was applied to the videos to obtain the position of points of interest during gait. Additional information regarding fall risk was also gathered.
This dataset was created with the purpose of exploring the links between fall risk and dual task performance during walking in healthy older adults.
