View looking out of the "Quad" towards Palo Alto, Stanford University, ca.1900

Three archways with intricate borders and columns on the lower sections are cut in a stone wall at center. Through the center arch, a statue can be seen on a large pedestal.

The statue depicts three people, two men and a woman. Pathways cut through the grass that surrounds the statue and stone archways line the covered walkways on the far left and right of the "Quad".
