Description
This comprehensive study utilized qualitative techniques like Focus Group and Action Research, alongside quantitative data analysis that involved constructing measures to evaluate performance, effort, habits, and intention to use. To ensure reliability, the collected data underwent analysis using Cronbach's alpha values, which were calculated for each construct corresponding to every user category.
