Systematic identification of age-related microbiome metabolites that impact the brain - hCMEC screen

Listed in NCBI GEO

Description

These RNA-seq data were generated from immortalized hCMEC/D3 cells treated with either: (1) one of 30 blood metabolites associated with aging and the microbiome, (2) vehicle control, or (3) lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a positive control with well-characterized transcriptomic effects. For more details, please see our preprint at doi.org/10.1101/2025.10.03.680371.
