RNA-seq analysis of freshly isolated human cord blood HSCs and MPPs
Listed in NCBI GEO
Description
The identification and manipulation of unique genes expressed in human haematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) compared with multipotent progenitors (MPPs) to augment transplantation efficacy remain largely unexplored. To identify genes potentially enriched in human HSCs, we sorted rigorously defined HSCs (CD34+CD38-CD45RA-CD90+)and MPPs (CD34+CD38-CD45RA-CD90-) from freshly isolated human cord blood for transcriptomic analysis.
