Effect of cisplatin and neomycin damage on the HEI-OC1 cell line

In order to explore the effects of ototoxic drugs on the HEI-OC1 type of hair cell-like cells in vitro, we here examined the changes in gene regulation expression caused by the damage of cisplatin and neomycin on HEI-OC1.
