Investigation of EMT Processes in Migrating Mammary Epithelial Organoids

Listed in NCBI GEO

Traditionally, it is believed that epithelial tissue migration must undergo the process of EMT (epithelial-mesenchymal transition).

Description

However, our research suggests otherwise. We sequenced samples from different migration stages and found that, during the process of epithelial collective migration, gene expression changes did not exhibit the EMT expression pattern.
