Gene expression prolife of liver during colorectal cancer metastatic progression

Listed in NCBI GEO

To investigate hepatic gene expression profiles during colorectal cancer (CRC) metastasis, orthotopic implantation of CT26 cells was employed to model the pre-metastatic liver niche, while intrasplenic inoculation of CT26 cells was utilized to model the post-metastatic liver.

Description

Liver tissues representing these distinct metastatic states were subsequently subjected to mRNA-sequencing.
