The Law of Stratified Inclusion (PSIE): A Universal Principle for Multiscale Stability

We formalize this via the inclusion flux $J_{n+1 \to n}$ and introduce the Stratified Dissolution Index (SDI) as an information-theoretic proxy for systemic failure: $SDI = 1 - \frac{I(X_{1 \dots n}; X_{n+1})}{H(X_{n+1})}$.

We empirically validate PSIE across seven diverse domains: metabolic decoupling in HeLa cancer lines ($SDI = 0.82$), decision-making deficits under VMPFC lesions ($SDI = 0.64$), derivative expansion relative to real GDP in the 2008 financial crisis ($SDI = 0.73$), neural pattern inheritance during \textit{Manduca sexta} metamorphosis ($\eta = 0.98$), reward-hacking collapse in RLHF-aligned language models ($SDI = 0.79$), carbon-cycle disruption during the Permian-Triassic extinction ($SDI = 0.71$), and cortical-limbic reintegration via MBSR therapy ($SDI$ reduction from $0.58 \to 0.31$).
