Multi-omics analysis of FOXO3 pioneer factor activity reveals distinct networks in proliferating and DNA damage induced senescent cells [ATAC-Seq]

Listed in NCBI GEO

FOXO transcription factors are critical for cellular homeostasis and have been implicated in longevity in several species.

Description

Yet how these factors directly affect aging, particularly in humans, is poorly understood. Here, we take an integrated multi-omics approach to identify the chromatin-level mechanisms by which FOXO3 coordinates transcriptional programs in replicating cells and in an aging model of senescence.
